Apparently some Lucky Plaza salesman tried to cheat an Indonesian tourist of $661 by claiming that the phone he was buying had a 'SIM-Lock' and that the $661 was the 'unlocking fee'.

I really don't know what to say about these conmen.... want to cheat also, cheat more intelligently lah! Handphones sold here have no SIM lock!
